Welcome to The Plant Nursery
The Plant Nursery is a small nursery in Ayrshire, West of Scotland, which has been developed as a result of my passion for gardening. I love growing new plants and as a result I always grow far too many for my own garden. I had a choice - stop sowing seeds and propagating or share my passion for growing new plants with fellow gardeners. Everyone loves a bargain (gardeners especially); so why not have a look at my plant list?
New Plants Every Week!
The plant list is up-dated weekly so please come and browse regularly, and features plants I have grown myself from seed or propagated them from plants in my own garden. They are therefore used to anything that the West of Scotland weather can throw at them. I try to use organic and environment friendly pest control and the plant food I use is made from my own comfrey plants.
If you don't see the plant you are looking for on the list please contact me as I may still be able to help.
Special Orders
If you would like me to grow something specific for you, just let me know. I'd be delighted to do that for you.
Equally, if you see anything in my garden that you would like; I will do my utmost to propagate it for you. Please contact me for further information.

This section will contain a selection of seasonal hints and tips to help you with your gardening.

Rare Varieties
I have a passion for rare and unusual varieties of plants therefore many of the plants I grow will not be available in most garden centres.
I am also very happy to grow special plants to order. Please contact me for details of this service.
Pot Recycling
I try to recycle as much as possible in order to be kind to the environment and also pass the savings onto you; so any pots (large or small) will be gratefully received. 
There's no need to wash them, just bring them along - spiders 'n' all!!
Payment
Payment is by cash only. Unfortunately, I don't have the facilities to take any other payment methods at the moment.
